Yoga & Meditation

At krayons preschool, we prioritize the holistic development of our young learners, and one of our cherished activities is the "Mindful Moments" program, incorporating yoga and meditation into our daily routine. Guided by our experienced instructors, preschoolers embark on a journey of self-discovery, learning simple yoga poses and mindfulness exercises tailored to their age and developmental stage. These sessions create a calming and nurturing atmosphere, promoting physical well-being and emotional resilience. Through playful movements and breathing exercises, our little yogis develop coordination, balance, and focus. Additionally, brief moments of guided meditation help instill a sense of mindfulness, teaching them to embrace the present moment. The "Mindful Moments" program not only contributes to the physical and mental well-being of our preschoolers but also lays the foundation for a lifelong appreciation of holistic health and self-awareness.
